The Greenhouse exists to bring creative artists to life. Its mission is to maximize the potential and productivity of individuals engaged in the creative arts by equipping them in all areas of life through relationships, mentoring, group discussions, and artistic projects. It seeks to engage and enhance culture locally and globally through superior artwork and entertainment. By seeking to value, serve, and equip artists and the artistic community, and by maintaining a commitment to creativity and artistic excellence. The Greenhouse will provide people with the opportunity to create quality art and entertainment that explores meaning, moves emotion, sparks imagination, and enlightens the soul.
The Greenhouse meets every month and is open to creative artists of all sorts. The meetings provide a wide variety of opportunities to hear experienced speakers from the arts & entertainment industry, engage in creative projects and performances, and take part in dynamic discussions about topics such as creativity, excellence, and how to be effective as artists. The meetings are also a great place to meet fellow creative artists who are committed to finding ways to help one another through a community of professional and personal relationships.

The Greenhouse Production Program is for those artists who want to take their creativity, skills, and careers to the next level. The artists who are accepted to The Greenhouse Production Program have the opportunity to take an active part in creative projects and productions.
The artists get to maximize their skills in projects involving film, music, writing, and other creative arts. The Production Program also provides a great environment for artists to try their hands at other types of skills. Always thought you had it in you to act, record music, design sets, write poetry or screenplays, direct films or some other type of creative work? The Production Program is a safe and encouraging place to try it out and to expand your skills.
Because the Production Program has artists at every level of experience – beginners, intermediates, and experts – various teams will be put together so that the projects and productions match the level of expertise of each team. That way, every artist will grow in his or her skills.
The Production Program is intended for those creative artists who are serious about investing in their own skills and careers and who want to work with others having the same desire. To ensure that the program is made up of these types of artists, interested artists must submit an application and, upon acceptance into the program, will help underwrite the projects and productions by paying a modest amount in quarterly fees.
This is a great opportunity for creative artists to honing their craft and skills, developing their demo reels and portfolios, and growing their professional networking community. If you would like to learn more, check out our portfolio of recent works, and then download an application today to join us at The Greenhouse Production Program!

Quotes on Life and Art
Art is not a pleasure, a solace, or an amusement; art is a great matter. Art is an organ of human life, transmitting man’s reasonable perception into feeling.
—Leo Tolstoy, novelist
It is not that what is is not enough – for it is; it is that what is had been disarranged, and is crying out to be put in place. Perhaps the artist longs to sleep well every night, to eat anything without indigestion; to feel no moral qualms; to turn off the television news and make a bologna sandwich after seeing the devastation and death caused by famine and drought and earthquake and flood. But the artist cannot manage this normalcy. Vision keeps breaking through, and must find means of expression.
—Madeleine L’Engle, writer
Imagination is the faculty by which we organize the content of our experience into some form, and thus apprehend it as significant. Put another way, it what makes us refuse to accept experience as mere random clutter, and makes us try without ceasing to shape that experience so that we can manage it.
—Thomas Howard, writer & scholar
