  1. I really enjoyed this video. Passion is dead on. I’d like to add, find that drive, the desire, the reasons, and just do it. Edward James Olmos, as Mr. Escalante in the movie Stand and Deliver, summarizes why people fail, the lack of gannas, or desire.
